These Terms of Use govern your use of Momentum (referred to in-app as “just do it”, the “App”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. Publisher
Momentum is published by Selina Akhter (“Publisher”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). Contact: selinaneo@proton.me. Governing law: Bangladesh.
2. What the App does
Momentum is a productivity app that helps users define goals, break them into milestones, generate daily action plans, track execution, and review progress. Some planning and review features rely on a third-party AI service.
The App is intended for personal productivity support only. It is not medical, mental health, legal, financial, investment, or other regulated professional advice.
3. Eligibility
You must use the App only in compliance with applicable law. You may not use the App if you are prohibited from doing so under the laws that apply to you.
If you are a minor in your jurisdiction, you may use the App only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian where required by law.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the App for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive purposes;
- upload or submit content that infringes another party's intellectual property or other rights;
- use the App to generate, promote, or distribute illegal, violent, hateful, sexually explicit, or misleading content;
- attempt to interfere with the security, integrity, or normal operation of the App or any connected service;
- reverse engineer, exploit, or misuse the App or any third-party service integrated into it, except where applicable law expressly permits it.
5. User content
You are responsible for the goals, notes, check-ins, prompts, and other content you enter into the App. You must not submit content that violates any law or regulation; infringes any intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights; contains malware or malicious code; or is false or misleading in a way that may cause harm.
6. AI features
The App uses a third-party AI service to help analyze goals, draft plans, and generate review suggestions. AI-generated outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your situation. You remain responsible for reviewing and deciding whether to follow any output. You should not rely on the App for emergency decisions or regulated activities.
7. Data and account deletion
The App does not require account registration for standard use. Most app data is stored locally on your device. If you want to delete your local data, you can uninstall the App or clear its app data from your device settings.
If you contact us at selinaneo@proton.me with a deletion request relating to any personal information we control directly, we will review and respond in accordance with applicable law.
8. Third-party services and wallets
The App may interact with third-party services, including an AI service provider used to process certain prompts and outputs, system sharing features, and external wallet apps if you use the optional donation feature. We are not responsible for third-party apps, websites, wallets, or services, and your use of them is governed by their own terms and policies.
9. Donations
The App may provide an optional donation button that opens a compatible wallet app and pre-fills a suggested Solana transfer. Donations are voluntary, non-refundable except where required by law, and are completed through third-party wallet software. We do not custody user funds, process wallet keys, or execute blockchain transactions on your behalf.
10. No warranty
The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or that generated outputs will meet your expectations.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to your use of the App. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.
12. Changes to the App or Terms
We may update the App or these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after an update takes effect means you accept the revised Terms.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where mandatory law in your jurisdiction applies.
